The Guide

As we arrive to Lake Tisza i will tell you the story about the formation of lake Tisza. During the warm summer trips you also have the oppertunity to take a swim at the huge sandbanks. As we take the trip you ll see the wild life of the territory, the path of the animals that they use in their everyday life, a couple of beaverdams, birds nesting places, and of course a lot of birds, like the common cormorant (Corvus Marinus), common tern (Sterna Hirundo), Gulls, ducks and teals, herons, and of course a lot of Wader birds.

As we enter the bird sanctuary which is part of UNESCO World Heritage Convention we can observe more than 200 kinds of bird and their living space. Don't forget to mention the beautifull fields of Nymphaea, water Caltrops and many more water plants.

Tours

You have the opportunity to take the trips during day time from Spring to Autumn, but there are special trips that take place in the morning so you can see the sun rise, the sunset and we can also take you on night tours. We have a couple of option about our tours, half an hour , 1-2-3 hour trips or even half day or a whole day tour, the choice is yours. We can provide special tours for photographers, so they can take photos of the wild life in a close range. During out Autumn tours you can observe the deflorescence of the vegetation and we can even observe the routes of the migratory birds.
